Complaint Regarding Rechecking. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS MAIL

Hi, I am Divya R. Pathak student of your university. My enrolment no. is 11685**** in mumbai branch with region centre 1619(p) and code is 49. I am really got frustrated of giving exam for paper MCS - 052. I have attempted almost 4 times this paper but i have always got the same marks as 16 out of 50. I have cleared all my tough paper in first attempt in all semesters you can check my previous result status. But only for this paper which i think is not that much tough as other papers were then also I am continually failing in this paper. I wanted to know how is this possible to constantly get same marks in every attempt? It is very ok for me if you are failing me again and again, but on 9th June, 2015 this year only i had attempted the same paper and the result was same as 16/50. I thought to do rechecking and i have submitted form for rechecking in pune branch with Pay order of Rs. 500 in brown envelop and as my sister is also doing MCA from IGNOU only she also did the same for rechecking papers. I got the response as payable at pune is not mentioned and hence DD not accepted but the same Pay order of my sister gets accepted. Can you please explain me why? I just wanted the reason behind this. Why is this happening? I am seriously frustrated and before i would take some serious action please revert me back with answer of my question.
